Cancellation Policy
No charge applies if you cancel your reservation by email at least 10 days before the scheduled service date. If you do not cancel according to these terms, the company reserves the right to charge a no-show fee equal to the total amount of the requested services to your credit card. By completing our reservation form and providing your credit card details, you enter a legally binding agreement with the company.
Payment Options
A credit card is required to secure your booking but will not be charged in advance. You may prepay up to 14 days before the service via Zelle, PayPal, or wire transfer for full-day tours/excursions only. Prepayments are not accepted for standard transfers, private guides, walking tours, or boat tours. Please note that a processing fee applies to all prepayments. Available prepayment methods are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed to remain the same. Alternatively, payment may be made in cash at the conclusion of the service.
